Giant Rat of Sumatra

That's a big one. I had rats in my house several times. Big Boogers. I knew I had them, but didn't know what to do about them. One night I woke up, and was getting ready to leave the house, when a big rat run by my feet. I jumped in the air landed on a chair with one leg and almost broke my leg. I told me-self this was enough. So I called an exterminator, he told me to patch up holes around the house, there had to be a way they were getting in, and sure enough, my outside air vents screens were all tore up. So I replaced them with heavy gauge screen. So far no rats, but i do occasionally get a mouse, there not quite so big.
