Pilsner Urquel, except when I'm in Telluride(Rocky Mountain Rye from Fish the Brewmeister at Smugglers Brewpub) or Seattle(Mac & Jack’s african amber).

I'll say! Perhaps my fav at the moment. I also like their Obsidian Stout. While I don't drink much these days, I do enjoy a great brew on occasion. I tend to like the darker beers, although Red Hook and Ballard Bitter are right there on my fav list too.

Samuel Adams Cream Stout is also very good as is Black Hook Porter.

ale: bass ale or sam adams ale

wot? naaah. I've had the smith nut brown, its good, but i really dig Newcastle. I like a lot of the brown ales, except Sammy Adams, which is not very good to me.

I don't drink light beer (whoever came up with that??) and icecold beer, it has so much more taste when served a few degrees above the freezing point.

I feel better now. In fact I feel like VB. (Victoria Bitter) I'm a man of simple tastes.
And if I'm back in WA it's "Little Creatures". But my favourite beer is whatever is sitting in a crate full of ice behind the drummer.....
