Yuengling...
That's a really great domestic here on the East coast! I think I'll go and get a 6-pak of Yuengling right now....... Ice cold bottles of course! ICe-Cracklin'-Crispy-Cold-Bottles-of-Refreshment from Pennsylvannia Land of Gettysburg... Today by the way is the 146th anniversary of Pickett's Charge almost to the minute! |

I hear that and I think of every large American brewery. Brewing in those huge factory distilleries with computer monitoring isn't real beer brewing, it's watered down mainstream garbage...

If it's really hot out I like a really cold MGD, but if I'm going to the pub I usually have either,
Guiness Rickards Red or, Grasshopper which is a wheat ale from Big Rock(a local brewery). It's the weekend, so I think I'll hoist one to all of you. Cheers, CC |

Of all the beers I love...
....and there are many, I pretty much always prefer them on tap.
Faves on tap: * My current #1 on tap is Dos XX Amber Lager. * Fat Tire. * Newcastle. * Shiner Bock. * As passe as it may be, a good ol Sammy ain't so bad on tap now and again on tap. * Colorado Springs' own Laughing Lab is pretty good stuff too. I'm pretty much not a fan of "macro" brewed beers, although an icy cold (and it must be ICY cold) Bud is good every now and then, especially after mowing the grass on a hot sunny day. -E

Maybe the best bottled beer I've ever drunk, thanks for mentioning that one! Only thing I hate, is literally every time I go to the liquor store, the price has gone up on it! (And I go by the liquour store pretty frequently...)

Many of my favorites have been mentioned, especially La Fin Du Monde but I will throw in two local favorites, Blue Point Beer-Toasted Lager(long Island) and the 4 peaks brewing company-8th Street ale(Phoenix)

I used to like all the heavy, dark beers and really hoppy ales mentioned here. But the last few years, my stomach has been going crazy and those full flavored beers make me feel bloated and queasy after two or so. Now I stick to lighter, crisper beers. I love Linenkugel's original. Can't get it here though. It's got a really good price to quality ratio. Also dig Molson Export Ale. Again, can't get it down here. Mostly I've been drinking Fosters in the bottle. Affordable and not too weak, not too strong. I also like Harp once in a while. I will cheat and have a pint of Guinness now and then if it's on tap. Yum.
