Fender TeleMASTER

Does anyone have one of these, or has anyone played one? I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to own one, but I'm sure as there's ****-in-a-cat not paying $6500 for one!

Especially Made for Make'n Music of Chicago

I'm going to check out the other thread now. Odd, it didn't show up in the search I did!

Best regards,

Shouldn't be too hard to build or assemble your own - less work and parts than a Jazzmaster in any case!

Truer words was never spake.

I'm probably just going to do it. I'll get a warmoth body like the other guy in the other thread did... and then just get my parts together. Lord knows I have tons of parts lying around! But I'll need a neck and tuners.

Really? The two threads I saw above were folks making their own bodies.

Here's an opportunity for Fender USA to get back in the game--do it with one PU,Esquire switching, and finish it like a Highway 1.

Hear Hear, Dave!! You know, Fender needs to do something innovative. You know, they should do it the same as the Makenmusic unit: stealth it!!

I like all your ideas. :-)

USACG and Guitarmill makes jazz bodies routed for tele gear

http://www.usacustomguitars.com/

"A very cool hybrid of styles from our buddy Tony. If you want your own, just call us and ask for a Jazzymaster with the TJM rout, then contact Tony@Pickguardian for a seriously custom pickguard, available with a wide array of pickup options and materials."
