CSI Austin

The recent Guitar Show in Austin and a young lady was trying to sell a nice Sunburst Stratocaster. I took several pictures during the "Autopsy" process.

If Pete Townshend wore that shirt imagine how much faster he could windmill with those go fast stripes down the sleeve...

Hehee... good point.

I noticed after having posted that the guy had a pretty amazing shirt too, but it wasn't that one that I had originally meant.

Nothing Slow about you Slow Reflexes. I took a lot of shots of that guitar so I could sneak in a shot of the T-Shirt, (not the striped shirt).

Sorry, when you said shirt I thought you meant "shirt" , not "tank top"...

But there's something about her. She's got that headscarf thing going, like Marge's friend from that Simpson's episode...

Guitar? What guitar. - Oh the Guitar. Well it turned out to be a very nice 1959 if I remember right. However it was a Factory Re-Fin if I overheard the conversation correctly. The guitar did not sell and was headed back to Houston if I'm not mistaken.

Was the headstock re-fin'ed, too??? Because, that sure doesn't look like a '59 spaghetti logo on there.
