wow. i'm excited.
i got a guy to build me an Esquire. he's building it from scratch, makes his own bodies and all!. it's going to be Gretsch Orange with a single layer white pickguard, a broadcaster PUP and a rosewood fretboard. as soon as i get it, it's off to have a B-Bender installed. i got the pics of the finished neck and body today!! I feel like a little kid on Christmas eve!

here is the body and neck.
think neck is done and he just started to finish body. he wanted me to see the color first.

i ordered it with a single ply white pick guard but i am thinking about getting a silver or gold backspray pickguard to make it look more Gretschy

Duh,...you said "Esquire" in your first post...I just forgot! I think the gold backspray pg would look great on that color. I'll be watchin for completed pics.
