Matthais Steiner - Killer Gold Medal Effort
One of the Best Gold Medal Efforts I've seen, Matthias Steiner from Germany
His wife was killed in a car accident last year. She was saving to be able to travel to Beijing to see her husband compete. Married just 3 yrs. Matthias had one lift left, the Russian had the Gold in the bag. Matthias had to lift more than he had ever lifted to win gold. He stepped up thinking of his wife and lifted it taking the Gold..... Respect  |
