Roll call for those who have not been here for a while.

In light of the extremely sad situation regarding Pete Galati, it has made me wonder who else may have slipped away unnoticed. If you are here then let us know.
Guys like "Sarge", "cradlehall", "Seanycaster" who all used to post a lot, you still around ?
Anyone else know who is missing ?

I still miss Tom S.

Paul said he last posted 8 days ago yesterday, but I can't find any posts from him since May 3rd. (In a thread called "MIM value").

Don't seem to have heard much from Joel Terry lately either. Or indeed Bruce, The Good Texan.

Didn't the Good Texan have some medical situation, surgery maybe?

And yeah, whatever happened to Joel?

Joel's posting has declined a LOT recently which sucks.. But I'm glad he's still around, he's one of the funniest guys around here. Always makes me laugh.

I'm still around Scotland, cheers for thinking of me. I can't leave yet, at least not 'til I win big in the TDPRI Draw. Won't be long until it's that time again.

Chris left due to personal issues unrelated to the TDPRI. One day he'll hopefully be able to return.

Paul has been in contact with him recently and he is well.

Hugo disappeared. Remember him? He was turning his attention to guitars and lessons to straighten out his life? Nice guy, I tried to help him out, and he dropped off the forum about 5 months ago. I e-mailed him with no response either.

I have been posting less due to an effort to spread my obsessions around.

The bike thread might answer some where I've been. I'm stronger and doing well after a year+ of health hell. I'm not going to local jams because they're usually at bars where that's all wrong for the doc imposed diet.

I hope everybody else is well and I'll advise working on the physical and mental health if not. Yes, I'll admit it was a nasty situation that was a wake up call, but it feels SO good that I encourage people to get busy.

I'm not fooling myself that I'm buying immortality working at health, but the little push for diet and exercise same as a push to learn a lick or tune seems to be helping in all of life.

With summer ending soon I will also admit not a lack of interest in guitar as much as knowing it will be easier to play guitar and surf the web than bike and play with my kids outside in a few months.

I was sad to read about Pete G., and I hope everybody else is doing well.

I would suggest those that have been here less than two years or so, to do a search on Kevin and check out his amazing builds. Heck of a nice guy too. He build several awesome tele bodies for me and I still have a custom semi hollow he did for me that is a very special guitar.

As far as Hippie Tim, another good guy. I had the pleasure to meet him one day when he came over to buy an amp and some other parts. He's very passionate about his guitars and a very generous person.

Here's a pic of the custom semi

I never met Hippie Tim but always liked having him around. I thought that he came back for a while, but I don't seem here these days.

Kevin Bolinsky worked on a guitar for me as well. He is a wonderful guy and as you say, a very talented builder. He did a finish for me that was stunning. I wish he would come back to the board.

Kevin is alive and well, I am in regular contact with him. He has turned into a Gibson guy hence his absence on the TDPRI.
Hippie Tim, unfortunately I don't know what has happened to him, he posted some good stuff here.
