Peavey Generation EX
I just ordered a blonde Generation EX, any thoughts on this guitar?
Thanks in advance.

They are a good guitar, on par with anything else made in that price range, and usually better. They are made in China. You will probably want to dress the fret ends. The ones I've tried are a bit sharp. But, maybe they've got that under control. I haven't played one for abut two or three years, and the ones I did play were among the first ones over here.

Including me, and I still think it's the best cheap guitar I've bought. I compared a half-dozen on the rack and picked the best one, but none of 'em were beyond adjustment. Frets were fine, BTW, just needed a bit o' set-up and pickup height fiddling. Neck pickup actually sounds nicer than some I've heard.
