Recommend a Led Zeppelin book for me

I am almost through reading Skydog: The Duane Allman Story. I want to read more about rock n' roll bands and guitarists. I don't want another ABB book, but I'm interested in a book about Jimmy Page and Led Zeppelin. Has anyone read a LZ or JP book? Please recommend one for me.

I read "Hammer of the Gods" years ago. It was kind of sensationalistic and focused as much on the excesses and behind the scenes action as it did on music. It captured my attention, though, especially since I was just learning guitar and was way into Zep at the time (and I was a teenager and really liked stories about drinking and women).

I've read a half dozen Zeppelin books, and the only tow I'd recommend are "Heaven and Hell" by Charles Cross and Erik Flannigan and "Stairway to Heaven" by Richard Cole.

"Heaven and Hell" is a VERY cool coffee table book with TONS of info and NO sensationalism.

"Stairway to Heaven" is road manager Richard Cole's account of life with Zeppelin. A good read, but obviously a bit biased from his perspective.

"Hammer of the Gods" was all we had to read for the longest time, but most agree it's WAY sensationalized crap. It does have it's moments though.
