Most significant words ever spoken?

I've been watching this series of programs that the Discovery Channel has been running lately about our journeys beyond the planet Earth. I still get chills every time I hear Neil Armstrong utter the words "That's one...small step for man...one ...giant leap form mankind". It got me thinking about the most important words that we as a people have spoken & how they have shaped the world. There are countless examples. What, in your opinions, are the best, funniest, deepest, saddest, most ridiculous, most important, just plain 'ol greatest things that we, as humans, have ever said? Just curious...

I gotta give it up to Bono for transcending religion, life and culture with this line from the bridge of beautiful day, "After the flood, all the colors came out." Its just such a simple line that says so much about life and can be taken to mean a countless number of things. I think that line won the grammy for them. Not signifigant on a world stage, but to the people who heard that song while they were in a bad place, huge.
