Wow, I'm a grandpa
Or big Daddy Deuce as my daughter called me when introducing me to her new niece and my first grandchild...

Aidan Elizabeth was born tonight 7:26 EST to my oldest daughter Jasmine and her Husband Josh. She weighed 8 lbs 11 oz.

I'm currently uploading pics, but here's one for you guys.



It's been a pretty darn good week!

Yeah, I dunno if I could be any happier!

AS for little Aidan being a musician? Her mother played bass for a short while as a teenager, so did her aunt. Two Aunts sing like larks. Another aunt plays guitar and keyboards, but her uncle can't carry a tune in a bucket!

Let's hope she takes after her mom and aunts!


Guess I better go start working on that super short scale tele!

And don't worry, I know just how much change and candy I need to keep in my pocket now!

I've got a couple of grand kids myself and will be going to the youngest ones 3rd birthday in about a month.

Garytelecaster has the directions for grand kids right too. That's the way to do it.
