I thought you were going to say "join a punk band."
The robot Les Paul discussions have been going round the web for 6 months or more. Most people think it's a solution looking for a problem. A few who do a lot of alternate tunings like it. Some guys on the Les Paul Forum have reported that the mechanism has already broke down. It adds over $2k to the cost of the model its available on.

Betcha it's no where near as accurate as my Peterson StroboFlip.
Seems to me that the GP review mentioned something about it not being all that reliable and having to tune some stings more than once to get them right. |
