any #24 fans ?
I'm not one to watch a TV series, usually a little sports and news, anyway my daughter told me how she and her husband buy the series each yr and watch it that way, also stated how addictive it was.
My daughter lent me the first yr series and I worked on the wife for months before she agreed - now six weeks later we're deep into the fifth season, it's like the show has taken over, I'm starting to think and act like Jack Bauer

I miss seeing 24 this year.
Definite withdrawal symptoms this past January. Peeves: Never recharges his cell or PDA. Cell and PDA work underground, or in concrete and steel bunkers. Other than my own pet peeves, one heckuva series. Wonder which group will be the terrorists, when the show is back on the air? Jamie Sutherland is a Gibson man.

I thought you were talking about Jeff Gordon.
A little too much of a commitment for me. I stick to the HBO shows--Sopranos, The Wire, Big Love, and Weeds on SHO. My kids are smaller and we've been catching up on Good Eats on the Food Network. |

I sometimes wonder when the poor guy pees. The rest of the time, I'm on the edge of my seat.
It's a long time 'till January...

I'm re-watching season 6 at the moment (on in the studio while I work).
Love it. My pet peeve is when the terrorists of the same country speak English to one another. They wouldn't do that.

I mostly watch Sci-Fi though. My favourite TV show, Firefly, was cancelled after 13 episodes- no idea why, it was the best thing to hit TV- astonishing acting, script- a total revolution. Anyone else watch it? They did a film after it was cancelled (a first I think) called Serenity which is great too.

Not just a Gibson man, actually designed one with Gibson. A 335/LP kinda hybrid goldtop thing, the KS-336. Really nice looking instrument.

Didn't know he had a forearm tattoo.
Did anyone know he was actually born in London?

I understood that there's supposed to be a "24" TV movie to tide fans over until January, unless they've changed plans.

I've seen it once, it was cool. I had no idea what was going on. More importantly...Man, who knew he had a collection like that! If I was rich & famous, I would totaly be one of those guys like him & Michael J. Fox. Appearently, Fox completely looted that Clapton auction a few years back.

I also liked Andromeda, and the latest version of Battlestar Galactica was great for the first two seasons. |
