I'm in shock right now.
I just got a call that my great friend and drummer has had a brain aneurysm and is being life flighted to Portland in an attempt to save his life.

I'm in shock.

His life is music. We've played gigs I never thought I'd play. We did it together.

my uncle had this same situation 3 years ago. he's back to work, driving, walking, speaking just as before. it's a long road, but it's possible. be positive for him and his family.

Oh man, my thoughts and prayers are with him. I know aneurysms are very tough but a friend of mine had one while water-skiing years ago. He recovered just fine, it does happen.

my grandfather also survived a brain aneurysm. he recovered fully and lived many happy years after.
