Help identify this instrument

A coworker bought this at an antique shop($40) and we have never seen anything this.

It looks like someone took the buttonboard off a button accordion and attached it to a rolling pin. Does it actually make any noise, other than if you hit it against something?

I have a suspicion I saw something like this in Morrocco, but there was a load of alcohol on board at the time. It was a blow through, sort of eastern pipe sounding thing.

Looks like a single scale Melodica from India.
It has reeds and buttons like an accordion, but you blow into it instead of having bellows.

I'm guessin' that "Psallmelodicon" is a version of a Melodica?
I just looked up a "Psalmelodicon", but it's supposed to have 25 keys on it.
I think the word "Psalmelodicon" roughly translated means The "Serpent Music Horn".

There is an thing called a "Psalmodicon" It's a single string bowed instrument.
Looks like this;

I don't know what it is but it looks interesting.
At least some the responses here have been pretty funny.

The 2 levers have pads missing,so they were plugged with corks.It does play after some effort on figureing how to properly blow into it.

It's a ceremonial wind instrument played after traditional bean feasts in numerous cultures. It's variously referred to as a bumsrusher, tailpipe, or farticulator.

That's a swinet - a rare and difficult-to-master instrument that involves a farting pig.
