It looks like someone took the buttonboard off a button accordion and attached it to a rolling pin. Does it actually make any noise, other than if you hit it against something?

Looks like a single scale Melodica from India.
It has reeds and buttons like an accordion, but you blow into it instead of having bellows.

The 2 levers have pads missing,so they were plugged with corks.It does play after some effort on figureing how to properly blow into it.
