"The Last of The Mississippi Jukes" Documentary

Everytime this documentary came on (HBO)? I'd run to turn the t.v. up. Especially to hear Vasti Jackson on there. His tone was just killer in that small venue. He played a white strat. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I'm really interested to see what set-up he was using. Does anyone know what he normally plays on as far as amps go? I guess it was a "tight" sound.

Saw that a couple of times. Really liked it, but no clue on his setup. My best guess would be a Peavey amp, 'cause we are talking Mississippi.

I'm actually betting it was a peavey as well.

Thanks for the link. I definitely need to buy this. :)
