I liked Myspace that is until my ex-gf hacked my account, and changed all my login stuff. I was/am the artist formerly known as TelecasterBloozKing. My ex? I hope she rots in Les Paul prison for eternity! The page is still there but I can't access my own stuff anymore....gonna have to make a fresh page I guess..

When I did my MySpace page, I didn't know that you couldn't add the music player with your own music. AND that if you wanted the music player you had to open an artist page. BUT you couldn't use the same email address to open an artist page with out closing the MySpace page (loosing ALL info) and then openeing the artist page. So I used my other email address to open my artist page. THey just don't make things easy do they? Anyway my artist page is here: www.myspace.com/jienexfore So if you want to check it out and add yourself as a friend.
Cheers, Don Brandfas |

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know how long the 'processing' is before all of the uploaded songs appear on your music player om music myspace? The first song I uploaded was ready almost immediately. I uploaded 5 more the next day and 3 days later on the manage your songs page, it still says 'processing' on each song. Was wondering if I should just delete the xtra songs and redo the upload process. Any thoughts?

Feel the love!
When I first started a myspace account I was warned by a couple people, but I've had no problems except one occasion where someone used my page and name to spread spam (ringtones anyone?). That was rectified by going in and changing my password. Not a problem since. What a great way to get your music out to the world! It's also a great way to hook up with old friends that you haven't seen in years. I've been reunited with my old guitar playing buddy from my high school days who traveled over from Denmark, where he currently lives to Michigan to visit his family and myself. We had a great reunion as his family were always good friends with mine. I'd heard that his father had passed, and was thankful to learn that he's alive and well, and I got to see him again after almost 30 years! All because of MySpace! I'm thinking about creating another myspace thread regarding OTHER peoples DIY music/recordings that have impressed us, and that we want to share with the world. Not our own. There's some GREAT stuff out there!

Has anyone here opened up a MySpace Music Store via Snocap? I was interested, but decided to wait because their account agreement seemed a bit ambiguous. Thought I'd see if anyone is using or has used it.

Finally signed up for a music myspace site. Check it out. Got some demos up there. No band yet, but hopefully this year.
