Has ebay changed its searches for guitars?

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this or did I change some kind of settings. When I check out ebay I would normally go to:

Guitar
Electric
Fender
then either strat or tele

Now when I go there I can only do
Guitar
Electric
Then it gives me right or left handed as my next option and thats it.

Has anyone else noticed this or did I change something in my ebay settings? I wrote them but they were their usual clueless about what I mean.

it works fine if you just type in fender telecaster (or whatever specific item you're looking for) in the first search box and i just leave the second box as "all categories".

Yup, it's definitely different. I have the same choices as you. Seems to make things more difficult than before.....

The problem is when you try to adjust the search by category after doing a text/description search. It seems they have been tweaking that for quite some time and sometimes it works, sometimes not so good.

I actually called eBay about this. It's something they're trying out, but it ain't working, so they're going back to the old way, soon.
