Burnt, Burned Out and Proud!
Played in the Ky sun today, raised money for kids with cancer.
FDR Honda in Paducah Ky, bikers from many groups, Christians, outlaws, ect. Scared to break any rules by mentioning any names because I am forever breaking the rules around here...... Hundreds of bikes, hundreds of kids, I swear they never stopped cooking burgers and dogs until it was over. Anyhow, we supplied ALL the gear, ALL the entertainment, and had a ball and raised a bunch of money for a good cause and I feel good. I'm sunburned, tired, and not gigging tonight THANK GOD...... I enjoy giving back. It's a good thing. Best of luck. Murph. |

Hey Woodman, the weird thing is I swear I haven't gigged outside live in a while. I'm a step up, get in your face lead player/vocalist and it was strange having all that light. (natural) I WAS NOT USED TO BEING ABLE TO SEE MY NECK.... I don't know how to explain it, but it took a few minutes to re-adjust.
Another thing. I was joking with the bass player about our gear. Man it looks like crap when you put a little sunlight on it, eh? I mean, in a reliced sort of way......... Ha. Thanks. We did a good thing. God Bless ya'll. Murph. |

Good for you, guy!
Yeah, I kinda envy you right now, sunburn and all. I know you'll be feeling extra special for a good long time thinking on this occasion.
