I think stickers on guitars are kinda' like tattoos on people. Ya' either like 'em or ya' don't. Not much in between. I personally favor the "clean" look.

My first electric had plenty stickers, including a big PiL sticker right where my forearm would go. But it was a POS and it went away.
My Tele has one sticker. My kids gave me a package of penguin stickers, because I'm a Linux guy, and I put one on the back of the headstock. Where you wouldn't notice it unless you were looking. When I get a B-Bender, I'll hunt down or make a sticker for the 50th Tactical Fighter Wing to put on it. I don't have any connection to Frankfurt, but I was born in Hahn AB, where the 50th and my dad were assigned when I was born. |
