Wild & Crazy Japanese T.V. Show

I think this stuff is alot of fun. I'm not a fan of shred guitar playing but those Japanese sure know how to throw down when it comes to crazy Rock and Roll fun. I can't imagine anything like this on North American T.V. Too bad.

I kinda remember reading an interview with Marty Friedman in a GP magazine awhile back. I sorta, kinda, maybe recall he lives in Japan and I think this actually may be his T.V. show.

Rock on dudes.

i love the "recognise the kiss tune being hummed by the cute girl" contest. pretty good party trick, that.

It seems like everyone is having alot of fun on the show. There's just something about the spirit of the thing that I really like. It's like the greatest house party you could imagine. On acid.

So was this Marty Friedmans show? Have I got that right?

i read somewhere that marty produced the show, and he shared the mc role with rolly (the blonde guitar-slinging japanese-bowie-looking guy from your first video), shelly (see her "rock language lesson"), and a guy called kenny who i must admit i didn't pay so much attention to. was distracted by the blazing guitars or that cute shelly? i'll leave that up to you...

but yeah, definitely good telly-watching times.
