thanks! When I first put it together I put in Keystones (which I had laying around)....it was WAY too bright....then I installed a Texas Special bridge pickup which is darker and more overwound and it was a muich better match for the thinline body. The bender works great and overall I'd say this is about 7 lb bender Tele...Maybe the lightest one in existence!

Hey Brian, Are the P/G's pretty solid in the bending mechanism dept? What I'm wondering is, does is squeak, or clunk when actuating it? I'm having issues with a P/W, and I need some help. I'll send you a PM about it, if you would be game to helping me out. Please let me know.
Thanks,
Harry

P/G are a notch below the PW.... The PW is just more of a solid metal unit. Less linkages that have tolerances...that said you can still get a darn good bend our of the PG...but they are more finicky on the setup. I just went through and adjusted this one...kind of an iterative process that wears you out since you get tired of installing it uninstalling it to adjust it... Sure PM or email me...

Just thought I'd post some final pics of the 2 Allparts bender projects I worked on... The blonde has a Warmoth neck and PW Classic throw bender and the sunburst thinline is all Allparts neck/body with a Hipshot aluminum PG bender... After finishing it up I couldn't resist giving it the final Clarence sticker treatment..
