Who wants a B-Bender Project??

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=38083
Looks to be a cross between a Parsons and Glazer bender....

Run away...

Sheesh. Weirdly composed pictures - looks like they're trying to hide some things.

And the 3% charge for Paypal is a no-no.

Avoid.

Link gone

The auction is gone.

They probably got nailed on the Paypal surcharge. Man, I don't know why people don't read at least the basic eBay rules....

why is the seller always EXPECTED to eat that 3%, it should be a negotiable item. paypal and ebay are getting greedy. ever increasing paypal and ebay fees are getting out of hand. i can remember when paypal was FREE for the buyer and the seller.

It's just like a business taking credit cards. The seller pays for the convenience of the payment system.

As a seller, I think it's well worth it - and you get a ton more bids if you take Paypal than if you don't, so it more than pays for itself.

It's just a cost of doing business. Would you rather pay 3% to Paypal and eBay fees, or put an ad in the paper with a limited buyer market?

yeah i can see your side, but if a seller doesn't want to have to eat that cost he shouldn't have to. let him do what he wants, then let the customers vote with the dollars if they don't think it's fair. i'm just hardheaded when somebody tries to MAKE me do something i don't think is fair.

Simple then - as a seller, don't take Paypal.

Basically, you're buying a service. If you have somebody mow your lawn, do you pay them? Wash your car?

Same thing. They provide a service - why should it be free? So, simply, if you don't want to pay don't use the service.

I don't really get the negativity about the fees, obviously.
