My Homebrew Bigs-Bender!

I have always wanted to try out a real B-Bender, but as a broke college kid i dont have have the funds to get a true back routed strap lever or a hipshot one. I did, however, have a cheap bigsby copy, a tele bridge that had notches in it and also strung-thru and a partscaster i could work on without guilt, so i mounted the bridge and the bigsby, strung up the other 5 strings through the body and then put the b string thru the bigsby unit. instead of wrapping the string up and around the unit i did it under. The string tension pulled the unit back, and i just bent the arm backward (relatively easy to do) and to my surprise...it worked! i have a $35 b-bender now that works pretty well i'm practicing my bending licks now, so excuse the TERRIBLE playing (i swear it's not representative of my usual playing) and excuse the rambling, but i thought you fellas would be interested.

As you stated in the video, this is a reverse wammy bar. Figure out of to install stops so that it can be set and you might have a decent palm bender.
