There's no bender on that song or the LP. What you're hearing is THE man, Ralph Mooney on steel guitar. He's the guy most b-bender players try to copy, I know I do!
Reggie Young didn't play on that record. That's Waylon on guitar. Probably Larry Broom playing too. Johnny Isaacs

I went back and listened to BLACK ROSE...you're right! That is the great Ralph Mooney. Reggie Young is on the record, too.
