'72 Custom RI pickguard

Does anybody know where to get a pickguard with a standard humbucker cutout as opposed to the Widerange cutout? I see that Warmoth makes one, but it says it fits their body and is not a retrofit for a Fender. It's a MIM '72 Custom RI from around '04. Any help would be appreciated.
