What's up with "Who's Online"?

I check this quite often as I'm nosey by nature but it's disabled by the administrator. Another question is what is "Post Tracker" I see this user name alot and link to the user names URL and get a site that is monitoring posts on the net.

Too bad. I always looked to see who was here and what they were looking at. hee hee

Click on Home and scroll to the bottom of the page -- you'll see who's online. But the page telling where they are looking is gone.
