Need Guitar Service in MD

Can anyone point me in the direction of some quality guitar service. I'm looking at having pickups installed as well as a new nut, bridge, saddles, and tuners. I live in the Westminster area and wouldn't mind coming into to Baltimore if need be. Thanks to anyone who can turn me on to someone.

could anyone ballpark how much all having all these services done might run me?

I don't live in Maryland, but I have heard great things about Phil Jacoby in Baltimore, I believe (and he has a PLEK machine). I'm sure someone closer to you than I, with some personal experience, will have a more knowledgeable reply. I'm just repeating what I've heard.
