Viewing an attached photo

Hello,
When I go to a thread that contains a posting from me in which I have attached a photo, I can see all the photos that everyone else has posted in their messages, but I can't see the photo that is in my message unless I first formally log in, and then I can see it. I just wanted to improve my understanding of the photo process and find out what causes that? Thanks for any info...

The photos that you can see are probably linked, not attachments.


Linked files show up if you are logged in or not.
Attachments only show if you are logged in.
