I made it from a GDS kit. It came out pretty nice and sounds fantastic. I built the cabinet from scratch with 1/2" birch ply. The tolexing was fun! The head took me about 25 hours or so. Those are fantastic amps. I recently took one of my 18w builds (the one I modded for 6V6's) and gutted the Normal channel so I could cascade it into the TMB channel. I'm not the best woodworker in the world but managed to dovetail the 1/2" ply okay. The tolex was the major pain for sure. Notice too that I ran out of gold piping on the bottom, I still don't have a grill for the vent, no feet as of yet, and the grill cloth is mint green sparkle (definitely not stock). So I still have some work to do on the cab. I have a vintage 30 speaker on the way and may end up ordering a greenback if I don't like the sound. The Mod currently in it is okay, but...
