I'd be interested to hear one of these new ones. I played one of the originals years ago, and I swear that it had a sweet, fat tone that has been haunting me since that day. Maybe I'll give that guy a call!

In 1997, I had the opportunity to play a gig where a brand new yellow Speedster was provided for my use. As Rhino said, the tone has haunted me for years. While basically a 6V6 Deluxe style amp, it has a wonderful, inspiring tone with plenty of clean headroom and a beautiful sweetness. The adjustable bias on the front panel is cool too. All in all, very cool amps!
