Here is another gem from the closet of my late father
Can't really find much info on it.Can anybody tell me if the body is made to Fender specs?I have to build a bass and was going to use this as a template
Also
Anybody have a pdf,ect of a p-bass with the dimensions

All I can tell you is I can remember when my father bought this.It was mid to late 70's

-Sorry I can't help you out, but that is one sweet looking P-Bass copy. I remember when I was in school a good friend of mine had a Univox electric. But his looked more like a Tiesco that a Fender. Hope you can find out something.

The beloved copy era. You have a Univox P bass that actually would be kinda nice. Its in great condition.....and for some reason, the vintage market for copies is flourishing.

actually no disrespect to the departed but - that is not one of hte better copies I've seen. The burst is way off - note how far it extends into the upper horn and then below the neck - not even close ... The small tuners aren't particularly good, not do they look anything like the originals. We don't even have to talk about the truss rod cover.

Back in the day there wasn't much made by Univox that was regarded highly at all...
