Recommed a bridge pu to go with the 57/62 set

I have a 62RI strat stock with the 57/62 pu set.

Like a lot of players im finding the bridge too weak (and too thin sounding) no matter what height i adjust it too.

Im not a high gain player so i won't need anything too hot.
I want something that works well with the other two pu (especially the neck).
Basically i just want a fatter tone out of the bridge.

Can anyone suggest any models i should try out?

Fralin's Steel Pole 43 (SP43). Love mine

or buy one of his $5 baseplates.
(A little metal plate that magnetically snaps onto the bottom of your bridge pup. Like a Tele's bridge pup. Supposedly fattens up the sound)

Just hook the bridge pickup to a tone control. The reason it sounds so thin is its wide open in the circut like on full treble all the time.

Wiring it to a tone control will fix you right up and not cost 1 cent.

Ditto on what Mark said, and if it still doesn't sound quite right wide open, you can try adjusting the tone control at that point. I do happen to like my Seymour Duncan Little '59. It's a rockin' little pickup, but it's not super hot. It can easily be height adjusted to match volume to the 57/62 set. I reall ylike the 57/62 set myself. If anyone knows of a pickup that can match the 57/62 in tone, but is hum cancelling, please tell me what it is!!!!
