With this guitar: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Fender-Deluxe-Nashville-Power-Telecaster-Electric-Guitar?sku=510476

A set to EMG Tele:
http://emginc.com/displayproducts.asp?section=Guitar&categoryid=13

plus one more EMG Strato Pickup?
http://emginc.com/displayproducts.asp?section=Guitar&categoryid=7&catalogid=46

is it possible to wire them all together and fit in that Tele?

Yes, no problem at all....order the T set, and also a single Sa P-up, then replace the 3 way switch included with the T set with a 5 way and wire it up, you'll be good to go.

the difference is in the material the magnet(s) are composed of, it's generally thought that P-ups using the Alnico magnet(s) are warmer sounding than the ceramic(s) P-ups....
