'72 deluxe and my new 500k pots [Archive]

Just wanted to share this eye-opening experience: Just had my guitar tech re-wire my '72 deluxe reissue with some 500k pots, and holy crap, I can't believe the difference. It's like going from a Honda to a GTO! There's such a wide range of tones now that I'm having trouble finding where I want to be (but in a good way!). If you're on the fence on this one, go for it.
