I am interested in getting a fuzz box to replace my marshall OD unit. I started wanting one after listening to the overdriven tone Pete Townshend got from his Super fuzz on Live at Leeds. I looked into the reissue Fuzz Faces (which he used for a time) by Dunlop but they seemed pretty sketchy tone-wise. I dont have the time or money to track down vintage originals and i was wondering if there were any good Super Fuzz copys or something that sounds similar?
