Another Sonic Stomp report.

Yes, what I read here and elsewhere is true.

It's not a total revolution, does not do anything to help my playing skills, but it is amazing to have $70 do what you thought would require $450-700 spent on an amp.

It can add to some amp hiss, but barely at a level that's optimal.

For neck pickup lovers it really adds definition and life while keeping the buttery neck pickup sound.

For bridge pickup lovers it adds definition, keeps the twang in front, but adds depth and quality to the rest of the frequencies.

My apologies to the amp industry, but this little box is keeping the rest of my money in the bank right now.

what gear are your using with it(guitar, mods if any, amps, other pedals, etc)

I agree about the neck pickup. I'm using mine now that the mud is minimized.

Very simple - nothing but the Hwy 1 guitar, Fender DSP amp and now the Sonic Stomp. The closed thing to mod would be moving up to .10 round core strings and the Sonic Stomp.
