I have an old Conn Strobe that I use for setting up guitars but it is a pain to use on stage. I been using a TU12H for years and its good enough for me. I want to get a stompbox tuner and I am seriously thinking about a tu-2 for on stage use ...Good idea or bad idea????

I picked one up today. It seems very solid, accurate and nice.

The TU2 is fine. It works very well, is rugged like all Boss pedals, has a standard footprint and a bypass out put which I use to run a second tuner calibrated for my Buzz Fieten tuned guitars.

Huh .... mine is quiet so far. It has the power out to daisy chain. It is true bypass as I understand it as well.
