Alright, so I was considering buying the Tonebone Trimode, since I can switch between rhythm and lead sounds and clean. But then I learned that the Boss DS-2 can do the same thing, correct me if I'm wrong.
So here's why each one would work for me:
Trimode: Tube Driven (Although I'm not a tube snob)
All sounds plus switching in one pedal
DS-2: It's a Boss
I have a DS-1, and I love it for rhythm (And I here the DS-2 can do it)
Smaller than the Trimode
I don't need the Trimode's effects loop
And here are some cons I can think of:
Trimode: More $$$
Bigger
More delicate because of the tubes??
DS-2: Needs switcher (any suggestions?)
...all I can think of right now.
Ah, yes, and here are some links
