Lefty Trem help

Does anyone know of a resource for getting the "big steel block" for a MIM lefty vintage tremolo? I know the new Mexican standards have these but I've had no luck getting one short of buying a complete guitar!
The spacing is 2 1/16.
I have 2 big block vintage trems but they are 2 7/32 spacing and strings won't align over PUP poles.
