I would like to replace the saddles on my MIM standard Telecaster to graph techs.Anyone here use these on a similar guitar? If so what size did you use since their seems to be many different choices.Any help would be appreciated.I am new to this board as well as a new Fender player.I love my Tele, and it has become my favorite guitar I own.

KBR swears by them on his guitars. Of course, he's a big-tone blues guy, but with the right pickups you can probably save your strings AND sound the way you want to.

if you get a set get them ones that are conductive.if you dont you will have to run a bridge ground wire by running a wire from the vol pot strip the other end lay it under the bridge......also they will change your tone some like it some dont i have a set on a tele and the same tele with a standard bridge sounds totally different.

The ONLY guitars I don't have string saver saddles on is my three brass saddle equipped Tele and my Floyd equipped Van Halen replica. That's mainly because I've never broken a string on the Tele. The bending point across the saddle is so round that the string doesn't have a specific point to break at.

I like the graph techs a lot. On my AS, I ended up up calling Graph Tech and they helped me get the exact ones I needed. I actually asked the woman on the phone to measure the screws so that I could make sure that they fit. The Graph Tech web site also has a detailed guide for which saddles fit which guitars.
