Anyone have a wiring diagram for using a pull pot for the tone, to activate a middle pickup on a Tele? I assume that the middle pickup tone would still be controlled by the master tone circuit, is that right?? I was thinking on adding a middle strat pup to one of my teles, and using a pull pot instead of a Megaswitch, as I believe the pull pot would add one extra sound: all-3-pups at same time. Also, any recommendations on which pull pot to buy, and where to get. I want to use my existing Callaham knobs.

I guess what I'd do is have the pull pot connect the + of the middle PU to the output of the 3-way switch. That way, (if I'm doing this right in my head) the volume and tone controls and 3-way switch would all operate the same, but pulling the tone knob would switch on the middle PU, along with whatever pickup/pickups are selected by the 3-way Sw.

Thanks Rob. I'll have to try it out. I notice that the tone cap no longer goes between the 2 pots, but is shown going from the tone pot lug to ground on the same pot, no longer connecting to the volume pot and it's ground. Why is that?

No particular reason - a ground is a ground, as long as it's not a ground loop.
