What cap and what tone pot?

What cap and tone pot should I use?

I am building a parts tele. I have a two piece ash body and maple neck. It is lightweight. I have Don Mare 2324 pickups (roy Bucanon). I have a Glendale bridge with brass saddles. I have a 4 way fender switch.

I want to be able to do the Wah Wah effect with my tone control. I read on the Glendale site about him using a 1 meg pot and a .1 cap for this.

I already bought a 250K pot and a .33 cap. But now I am thinking of switching. What do you think?

I'd recommend 250k pots and .05 cap with the 2324 pups, thats what I use with mine, with good results. These pups are brighter than many, so a 1 meg tone pot would be unbearable IMO. Look around for a pair of 250k pots that spin easily. The CTS brand are solid, but most are tight. I've used Weber 250k pots, they seem looser, for big volume swells and tone pot wah wah.
