I never bothered to look here but glad I did!

I have been reading and posting on the pickups and telecaster disscusion pages but never bothered to scroll down the page and look at the other areas on this forum.
As I said i'm really glad I did. I have found a place that has it all, guitars, music and most of all brothers in Christ. I too have been backsliding and have not been to church in a good while. I have been too caught up in me and my problems and no time etc...... Things keep leading me back to the right way and I dismiss them, but I do at least know it is God talking to me but chose not to follow. Maybe in finding this forum and fellow Christians I can get back to what is most important to me, God! Thanks guys for letting me post. :D

I too am glad you posted. It is kind of weird but I find it a bit comforting knowing that others fight with the same stuff I do. Thanks for being so honest about your actions and intentions.

I myself have been on quite a journey this winter, learning about sticking close to Jesus. He does care for us more than we care for ourselves. We just don't realize that sometimes. He also owns the cattle on a thousand hills and can take care of us better than we can begin to. It is hard for me to understand but I am learning to give Him the reigns. He is the great "I Am" and I am the great "I am not".
