I was aware of this place years ago, before the internet, but I recently stumbled across their website. They have some things for DIRT CHEAP.
Parts Express (http://www.partsexpress.com/)
Here are their A/C adapters (http://www.partsexpress.com/webpage.cfm?webpage_id=3&SO=2&&DID=7&CATID=45&ObjectGroup_ID=317).
I bought a bunch of right angle DC coaxial plugs (http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Partnumber=090-489) (Boss style) and got them for 96 cents each!

Each of these ends comes with SIX FEET OF CORD! Now I can wire up my pedal board with all right angle tips, perfect length cables, and route it exactly like I want, with no excess cable to wire-tie up and try to hide.
This place also has a ton of speakers (http://www.partsexpress.com/webpage.cfm?&DID=7&WebPage_ID=30), including guitar speakers (right column, about half way down). The name brand speakers are not as cheap, but still good prices....and its fun to browse.
