Do American standard Strat pups hum cancl. in 2+4

Just wondering. I have a chance to get some fairly cheep and wanted to know if they hum cancel in the 2+4 position (the mid pup would be RWRP).

If the mid is rwrp then they will hum cancel as the combo will act as a big humbucker ;)
