'jump to' takes me to PayPal?

this just started about 3 minutes ago. If I use the 'jump-to' drop-down list and try to switch to a different forum - nothing happens. If I click the 'Go' button (which I never had to do before) my screen goes to the PayPal site with some message that they are experiencing temporary difficulties. Any idea what this is all about?

I made some changes to the coding on the Donation link and as I was working on it I guess it got messed up. But it seems that after I finished it is fine now.

At least it is both with IE and FireFox here.
