Bigsby B-16...again

Did a search on prior threads and still have a question.

Can the B-16 vintage bridge be replaced by the B-5 TOM bridge?

In theory yes, in reality you may have to fill holes & that sort of thing. And if the B-16 is original, you will lose value.
